CETYS University is an institution of higher education founded in 1961, located in Baja California, and designated as an “Institution of Excellence” by Mexico’s government.
City of Ensenada
Known as the “Cinderella of the Pacific”, the city of Ensenada is conveniently located 70 miles south of the United States’ international border, and two hours from San Diego, California, by bus. Ensenada is renowned for its natural beauty and splendor, high quality of life, and tourist oriented activities, as well as relaxed, safe, family-town atmosphere.
Course
Students will enroll in an established CETYS summer program to earn credit for UNIV 2001, Cross Cultural Perspectives.
Cost
Thanks to a generous grant from Banco Santander through the 100,000 Strong in the Americas initiative, students will pay NO TUITION for the program.

Included in the program fee are quadruple housing in local hotels, airport transfers between San Diego and Ensenada, 24/7 local support, cultural events, and visits to trans-border companies. Round-trip airfare between Newark and San Diego (estimated at $400) and meals (estimated at $25 per day for twelve days) are NOT included.
